Restore Intelligent Movement.
Return to FluidiQi.
Integrative movement and manual therapy in San Diego for people ready to actively participate in their healing.
Healing Is a System
FluidiQi Integrative Movement approaches the body as an interconnected system where structure, nervous system regulation, breath, emotion, behavior, and environment continuously influence one another.
When injury, surgery, stress, or chronic conditions alter movement, the body adapts. Over time, those adaptations may become compensations.
This work explores where motion has been restricted, where force is not distributed efficiently, and where new movement options can be cultivated.

Who This Work Is For
FluidiQi is designed for individuals of all ages who:
Live with chronic or persistent pain
Are recovering from surgery or neurological events
Experience pelvic floor dysfunction or structural asymmetry
Notice long-standing compensation patterns
Feel like traditional care addressed parts, but not the whole
Many people come here after doing “all the right things”: physical therapy, chiropractic, injections… and yet still feeling like something was missed.
They come not for another modality, but for integration.
This practice is best suited for individuals who are motivated, curious, and wanting to participate actively in their healing process.
What is FluidiQi?
FluidiQi restores adaptable, efficient movement through integrative manual therapy and movement reorganization.
When the body loses movement options, compensation replaces adaptability. Over time, energy becomes less fluid and movement becomes less efficient.
FluidiQi helps the body reorganize toward alignment.
Understanding Qi
Qi can be understood as the body’s mechanical energy —
the ability to generate and distribute force through coordination, breath, vitality, and movement.
Fluids nourish the tissues that carry that force.
Understanding Restriction
When motion is guarded or limited, the body compensates.
These compensations reduce efficiency and create stress across structures above, below, and around the restriction.
FluidiQi identifies these patterns and supports the body in restoring alignment.
Integration Across the Whole System
This work engages multiple layers of the human system:
Emotional
Feelings & Regulation
Cognitive
Thoughts & Awareness
Each layer influences the others.

Movement Patterns
The Philosophy
Life functions through interaction — between cells, tissues, systems, and the environments we move through.
The body is constantly seeking the path of least resistance.
FluidiQi honors that complexity while guiding the system toward clarity, adaptability, and fluid movement.
Our Services
FluidiQi offers one-on-one and small group services designed to restore adaptable, efficient movement through the integration of manual therapy, structural organization, and movement re-education.
